DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance amendment rezones property located at 2202 Darwin Road from PMHP (Planned Mobile Home Park) District to SE (Suburban Employment) District to facilitate land division and development of auto rental and food distribution facility.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

 

                     1.                     Map Amendment 00632 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

 

“28.022-00632. The following described property is hereby rezoned to SE (Suburban Employment) District.

 

Outlot 1, Certified Survey Map 12769, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, containing 7.13 acres, more or less.”
